Overview
Our Marshall office provides robust representation before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Heading the office is Sam Baxter, a former Texas state district judge and district attorney for Harrison County with first-hand knowledge of the Eastern District. Sam’s talent for connecting with jurors and skillfully cross-examining witnesses has helped him secure victories worth hundreds of millions of dollars for patent holders, four of which are included in The National Law Journal’s listing of the top 100 jury verdicts.
