Kenneth Scott

Kenneth Scott is a litigation associate at McKool Smith’s Austin office. Before joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Rolando Olvera for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Kenneth attended The University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal as Submissions Editor and worked as a Teaching Quizmaster with the legal writing program. He was also a member of The Review of Litigation and the Texas Intellectual Property Law Society. Kenneth received the Dean's Achievement Award for Outstanding Student In Legal Analysis and Communication. In his spare time, Kenneth volunteered with organizations including the Pro Se Asylum Clinic and the Mithoff Pro Bono Expunction Project.
