Daniel Levy will speak at the upcoming Practising Law Institute (PLI) seminar, “From the Trenches: High Profile Trials 2013,” on December 16, 2013 in New York City. Dan’s presentation will provide an in-depth review of recent high-profile perjury, obstruction of justice, and false statements trials, including U.S. v. Clemens, U.S. v. Bonds, and U.S. v. Jones, and will discuss:
