Austin associate Jennifer Albert Van Dusen will be speaking at The Copyright Society of the USA’s Current State of Software Protection, Enforcement, and Licensing event in Austin, Texas on February 3, 2016. The event will cover the advancement of technology and online media and the resulting growing body of law, as well as review the hot button issues that software licensors and licensees must address. The event will also discuss whether or not software patents are a thing of the past after the Alice Corp. v. CLS Bank Int'l decision.
