Austin principal John Campbell will be speaking at the University of Texas School of Law’s 11th Annual Advanced Patent Law Institute on March 10-11, 2016 at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Alexandria, Virginia. John’s presentation, “A Decade of eBay: An Analysis of the Irreparable Harm Factor,” will discuss how the availability of injunctive relief changed a decade ago with the Supreme Court’s ruling in eBay, and explore recent developments in the application of the four-part test for injunctive relief and the insights they provide to litigators.
