McKool Smith associate Melissa Cabrera spoke at the Cornell Law School "Women of Color Collective and Women's Law Coalition's 9th Annual Career Day" on February 18th. Melissa spoke on the panel entitled "Women in Big Law" which focused on "the experience of female partners and associates at Big Law Firms" and the panel discussed how they have "navigated careers in Big Law culture and their many achievements at their firms."
