McKool Smith Principal Josh Budwin served on a panel at IPWatchdog’s Live 2022. The event gathered the intellectual property community to focus on networking opportunities. Josh’s panel was titled “High Stakes Patent Litigation; The ITC vs. District Court” and focused on how “Patent owners are increasingly considering more complex strategies when pursuing implementers who refuse to take a license, or sometimes even refuse to enter into serious licensing discussions.”
