McKool Smith principal Sam Baxter was named co-"Litigator of the Week" by The Am Law Litigation Daily for his contributions in securing a $506 million patent infringement verdict for PanOptis against Apple. Following a six-day trial, jurors found that Apple willfully infringed five PanOptis patents.
