Law360 reported on the ongoing lawsuits for the JDS Development's Manhattan luxury condo tower, known as the “Steinway Tower.” While the building is nearing completion in 2020, a series of incidents at the construction site has led to New York City issuing a stop work order. One of the ongoing suites is JDS Development suing its contractor Copper Services LLC, “alleging construction delays and inadequate HVAC work on the part of the contractor.”
