McKool Smith principal Michael Miguel spoke with Law360 on T-Mobile’s announcement that cyber criminals have stolen more than 50 million of its customers’ personal information. The data breach has already spawned into two government investigations and a series of lawsuits. Miguel said, “the question becomes whether authorities can prove T-Mobile was behind the market in terms of its cyber protection controls.
