DALLAS – McKool Smith co-founder Mike McKool Jr. and firm principals Samuel F. Baxter and Lewis T. LeClair have earned spots among the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiffs’ Lawyers in America.
To compile the list, Lawdragon editors polled the nation’s best lawyers and their clients about whom they’d trust with their own legal matters. Fewer than one-tenth of one percent of all lawyers in the U.S. earned a spot on the prestigious list.
“Although we handle both plaintiff and defense matters, it’s nice to see our plaintiffs’ work recognized in this national listing,” says Mr. McKool, “especially since the selections were made by other attorneys who are familiar with how we represent our clients.”
To compile the Leading Plaintiffs’ Lawyers in America list, Lawdragon’s editorial staff conducted extensive research and interviewed thousands of legal professionals to get their nominations for the country’s top attorneys. The complete list can be found at www.lawdragon.com.
Mr. McKool, Mr. Baxter and Mr. LeClair all handle intellectual property litigation and other complex commercial claims on behalf of both plaintiff and defense clients.
