McKool Smith is representing stakeholders of the original United States Football League in a trademark infringement lawsuit against Fox Sports, Inc. to enjoin the network from launching a league by the same name. The McKool Smith team includes principals Nick Matich, Kirk Dillman, Eric Halper, Radu A. Lelutiu, John Briody, and associates Laura Baron and Thomas Eisweirth.
