Commenting on the U.S. Supreme Court’s denial of certiorari in American Axle v. Neapco and its legislative implications, Washington, DC principal Nick Matich observed, “There have been ongoing discussions in Congress about fixing 101 that have increased and decreased in intensity over time. Maybe this will prompt [discussions] to increase again.
