Houston Principal Bill LaFuze will be elected at the annual meeting of the American Bar Association to serve a 3-year term on the ABA’s House of Delegates from the Intellectual Property Section of the ABA. The ABA House of Delegates is the policy-making body of the ABA on all legal issues. Bill’s responsibility as a Delegate will be to present and explain to the House of Delegates all policy resolutions considered by that body on Intellectual Property Issues, along with two other Delegates. This will be Bill’s fourth consecutive 3-year term to serve as a Delegate from the Intellectual Property Law Section.
