Discuss a noteworthy case you have handled over the past year.I tried a case to a Texas jury where our client was seeking to recover over 4 million dollars in attorneys' fees from a defendant who had violated a nondisparagement clause in a commercial contract. The defendant also then filed counterclaims seeking tens of millions of dollars in damages, which were later dropped after facing a motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment. The jury awarded our client 100% of the fees they were seeking. |
What differentiates your practice from others?I have made a point of not specializing in one type of commercial dispute or one side of the docket. Instead, I specialize in the art of the litigation process so that I can handle almost any type of dispute. |
