Marshall Principal Jennifer Truelove was awarded "Texas Lawyer of the Year" by Texas Lawyer at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. This award follows a banner year for Jennifer, who secured a string of back-to-back victories that most attorneys would consider career achievements over decades. These recent victories include a massive $1.4 billion settlement on behalf of the State of Texas against Meta Platforms/Facebook, a $445 million patent infringement verdict on behalf of Netlist against Micron Technology Inc., a $192 million patent infringement verdict on behalf of Mojo Mobility against tech giant Samsung, and a $142 million patent damages verdict on behalf of G+ Communications against Samsung.
