McKool Smith has secured a $15 million patent infringement verdict on behalf of Dallas, Texas-based Summit 6 LLC against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Samsung Telecommunications America, Inc. The verdict was handed down on April 5, 2013 after a 6 day jury trial before Judge Reed O'Connor in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas.
