McKool Smith secured a final judgment for Verizon from the Delaware Superior Court, which entitles Verizon to more than $40 million in coverage for defense costs, plus millions more in pre-judgment interest, from insurers who denied Verizon’s coverage in defending an underlying shareholder suit seeking $14 billion.
The case is Verizon Communications, Inc. v. Illinois National Insurance Company, et al., C.A. No. N14C-06-048 WCC CCLD, in the Superior Court of Delaware
