Lew’s recent achievements include serving as lead counsel in securing a $244 million antitrust class action settlement against News Corp. and its affiliates on behalf of several major consumer product plaintiffs, including Dial Corporation, Henkel Consumer Goods, Smithfield Foods, and Kraft Heinz Co., among others.
Steve Pollinger - 2019 Austin “Lawyer of the Year” for Patent Litigation
Austin Principal Steve Pollinger is a trial lawyer and registered patent attorney who has more than 25 years’ experience in intellectual property disputes. He has won courtroom victories in cases involving diverse software, electronics, and medical device technologies.
