McKool Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of two attorneys to Principals in the firm’s Austin and Dallas offices, effective January 1, 2020.

Richard Kamprath is a Principal in the Dallas office. His practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, and he also regularly appears before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent & Trade Office.
James Quigley is a Principal in the Austin office. His practice also focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation, specifically claims brought in federal court involving alleged patent infringement and technology-related contract disputes.
