Doreen Klein, senior counsel, offers her viewpoint on important aspects of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protections Act in an article published in the American Bar Association's Criminal Litigation newsletter.  In 'The Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Program:  Mutiny Over the Bounty,' Klein and her co-author looked at the new bounty program and broad liability clawback provisions instituted by the Act, which was signed into law by President Obama in July 2010.
