McKool Smith principals Scott Hejny and James Quigley published the article “Arthrex: the Supreme Court Preserves the PTAB System” in Licensing Executive Society (LSE). The article provided details on the United States v. Arthrex, Inc case, where Arthrex appealed that Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) finding that challenged claims of patent for knotless graft fixation assembly to be unpatentable.
