Overview

Monika Bileris is an Associate in McKool Smith’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and antitrust litigation. Most recently, her practice has concentrated on litigation stemming from the 2008 global financial crisis, representing trustees of residential mortgage-backed securitizations (RMBS) in actions seeking to recover damages from the investment banks.

Prior to joining the firm, Monika worked on plaintiff-side qui tam litigation on the New York City, State, and federal level, and represented United Nations staff members and other international civil servants in their employment claims before international boards and tribunals.
