Overview

Brad Henkelman is an Associate in McKool Smith's Houston office. Brad's practice focuses on patent and intellectual property litigation.

During his education at the University of Texas School of Law, he served as Vice President of Spiritual Life for the Christian Legal Society. Prior to law school, Brad gained experience as a paralegal where he assisted with pre-trial strategy and mediations.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad gained experience at a leading litigation firm where he represented clients in complex technological fields, including renewable and non-renewable energy, blockchain, AI integration using large language models, 3D acoustic modeling, wireless communications, electronic gaming, and medical devices.
