Overview
Diana is Senior Counsel in McKool Smith’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation, as well as white collar defense. Diana’s extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation make her uniquely qualified to handle high stakes matters, crisis response, and parallel civil and criminal proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana served as Enforcement Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, where she investigated potential violations of federal securities laws, including offering fraud, misappropriation of funds, and market manipulation.
Diana also spent nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California, where she was a line AUSA in the Environmental and Community Safety Crimes Section, as well as a Deputy Chief in the General Crimes Section.
