Overview
Emily Tannenbaum is an Associate in McKool Smith's New York office. She has experience with a broad range of intellectual property litigation matters, including source code infringement, chemical mechanical planarization slurry infringement, breach of a settlement agreement related to licensing standard-essential patents through patent pools, and breach of a contract regarding card-linked services.
During law school, Emily was an Articles Editor and a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. She was also Treasurer for the Intellectual Property Law Society and a Research Assistant for Design Law.
