Overview
Emily Tate is an associate in McKool Smith's New York office. She focuses her practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Emily was a litigation associate at a large international firm and served as a civil division intern for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
Emily attended Boston College Law School where she was senior editor for the Boston College Law Review, staff writer for the Intellectual Property & Technology Forum, social action chair for the Lambda LGBT Law Students Association and development chair for the Public Interest law Foundation.
