Olivia Visconti is an Associate in McKool Smith's New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with experience.
During law school, Olivia was Notes & Comments Editor for the St. John's Law Review and Staff Member for the Moot Court Honor Society. She also was an active teaching assistant for New York Civil Practice and Legal Writing I and II. Olivia was also a semi-finalist in the Brooklyn Law School Jerome Prince Memorial Moot Court Evidence Competition.
