Overview

Rachel Ruderman is an Associate in McKool Smith's New York office.

Rachel graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College, where she double majored in Economics and Law, Jurisprudence & Social Thought. At Amherst College, Rachel was captain of the varsity Track and Field team. During her undergraduate studies, she worked at Duke University School of Law’s Center for Science and Justice and the Center for Death Penalty Litigation.

While in law school, Rachel interned with the Federal Defender for the District of Connecticut and participated in Yale Law School’s Criminal Justice Advocacy Clinic. Her writing has been published in Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law, as well as the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law.
