McKool Smith associate Eliza Beeney will serve as panel moderator for "The (Mis)Use of Anti-Suit Injunctions in International IP Litigation: Can foreign courts enjoin enforcement of US patent rights?" hosted by The Federalist Society on February 3, 2022.
